Application

The ARC application may now be completed online. We are hoping to go paperless by the end of this year. For now, you may submit applications either online or by mail.

The two-page application and budget form is available in PDF format, and may be read using Adobe Acrobat or any other PDF reader. The PDF application form is currently not formatted to be typed on your computer. Please print out the application and fill in the necessary information. When you have completed the application, you may send it to the address listed below. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you wish to receive a copy of the application by mail, please email your name and mailing address, and one will be forwarded to you.

In addition to the application and budget form, you must include the following with your application:

1. A statement of purpose (described on application).
2. Attach written confirmation on organization letterhead of your participation in the event for which you are requesting funds. Please include the name and telephone number of the contact person at the institution.
3. Include a brief resumé (not to exceed five pages).

Application and materials should be printed on one side of standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Please do not print on both sides, nor use staples or paperclips. Please do not submit other documents with this application; they will not be reviewed or returned. It is unnecessary to send the application via certified or return receipt mail.
