Springboard mentors

When an organization is selected to participate in the Springboard program, the organizational leader is paired with a mentor, who is paid an hourly rate by the Foundation to consult with the Springboard organization for up to 50 hours a year for the two years of the program. Through its Sabbatical Program, the Durfee Foundation works with some of the most highly regarded nonprofit leaders in Los Angeles County, and we select mentors from this group. These seasoned nonprofit leaders offer guidance and advice based on their years of running successful nonprofit organizations.
