The goals of the Springboard Program are:

• To boost young, dynamic organizations that are tackling complex challenges with innovative solutions so that they can advance to the next stage in their organizational development.
• To link the grassroots, emerging leaders of Springboard organizations with seasoned nonprofit leaders who can guide their organizational path.
