Aaron Paley is the President of Community Arts Resources (CARS), which produces festivals and concerts and provides expertise on the role of arts and culture in urban settings. He will research and explore the concept of public space — its form and use — and develop new enduring projects for Los Angeles that encourage human interaction and civic life.
