Los Angeles Black Worker Center (LABWC) increases access to quality jobs, reduces employment discrimination, and improves industries that employ Black workers through collective action and unionization. LABWC works to reverse the disproportionate levels of unemployment and underemployment in the Los Angeles Black community.
