Paula Daniels is Senior Advisor on Food Policy, Special Projects in Water in the Office of the Mayor of Los Angeles, where she oversees the Los Angeles Food Policy Council, a collaborative network whose goal is to make Southern California a Good Food region, where food that is healthy, affordable, fairly and sustainably grown, is available to all. Her Stanton Fellowship will focus on the policies and practices to support the development of aquaculture as part of a regional food hub in Los Angeles.
