Paula Daniels is the former Senior Advisor on Food Policy, Special Projects in Water in the Office of the Mayor of Los Angeles, where she oversaw the Los Angeles Food Policy Council. The Council is a collaborative network with the goal of making Southern California a Good Food region, where food that is healthy, affordable, and fairly and sustainably grown is available to all. Her Stanton Fellowship focused on the policies and practices that support the development of aquaculture as part of a regional food hub in Los Angeles.
* Paula transitioned out of her role at the Council in 2013, and currently serves as Secretary on Durfee’s Board of Trustees.
