Community Nature Connection (CNC) aims to increase access to the outdoors for communities impacted by racial, socioeconomic, and disability injustices by eliminating existing barriers through advocacy, community-centered programming, and workforce development. CNC collaborates with schools, community-based organizations, and indigenous communities to provide inclusive programs for their communities.

College Access Plan

College Access Plan (CAP) provides no-cost college readiness advisement and topic-specific workshops for high school and middle school students, their families, and graduates attending college. Services range from assisting students and graduates with college applications and financial aid to offering other forms of essential college preparation for success.

Coalition for Engaged Education

Coalition for Engaged Education empowers youth impacted by the justice and foster care systems. With compassionate social support, education, and advocacy for systemic change, the Coalition serves young people as they build positive, self-sustaining lives.

Better Youth, Inc.

Better Youth, Inc. builds creative confidence, bridges resource gaps, and prepares foster and system-impacted youth for sustained success in the creative economy. They provide omnidirectional mentoring, media arts training, professional skills development, and social services supporting a holistic approach.
