Jonathan Parfrey directs the GREEN LA Institute, which provides educational and networking services for Los Angeles area environmental organizations. For his Stanton Fellowship, he will investigate national and international models of citizen action on climate change and develop a plan to enhance local action on this most pressing environmental issue.
