Jonathan Parfrey is the Executive Director of the Los Angeles affiliate of Physicians for Social Responsibility, a national organization dedicated to the eradication of nuclear weapons, global environmental pollution, and gun violence. For his Stanton Fellowship, he will investigate national and international models of citizen action on climate change and develop a plan to enhance local action on this most pressing environmental issue.
