Robert Sainz is the Assistant General Manager, Operations, for the City of Los Angeles Community Development Department, which manages the City’s Workforce Development System, FamilySource, as well as economic development programs. His Stanton project will explore new models to increase high school dropout recovery by incorporating community and local government agencies, and the public and private educational agencies.
