Wendy Lazarus is Founder & Co-President of The Children’s Partnership, a Los-Angeles based advocacy organization that works to improve children’s health as well as their educational achievement and economic opportunities through effective use of the Internet and other technology tools. She will investigate and test out how virtual currency (the money paid to buy online tools for social networking sites and games) can be tapped to support nonprofit organizations and the needs of underserved children.
