Va Lecia Adams Kellum served for 15 years as President and CEO of the St. Joseph Center, which provides working families and homeless individuals the resources and tools needed to become stable, productive, and self-sufficient members of our community. Based on the Westside and in South LA, the Center offers outreach, engagement, housing, mental health, and educational/vocational training.
