Benjamin Torres is the President and CEO of the Community Development Technologies Center (CDTech). CDTech is a community development research, training and technical assistance organization that seeks to build livable and economically viable communities in low-income areas of Los Angeles. Benjamin oversees the Community Planning and Economic Development program at Los Angeles Trade Technical College to empower students to become agents of change in their communities.
