Nancy Steele is the Executive Director of the Council for Watershed Health, the Los Angeles region’s trusted hub for watershed research and analysis, uniquely able to influence and inform policy through convening forums and conducting applied research that is reliably fair, objective, and rooted in science. With a legacy of facilitation and collaboration, the Council effectively connects diverse perspectives to address timely issues. For her Stanton Fellowship, Nancy will develop a robust assessment and reporting system that measures, values and tracks process toward healthy watersheds and urban water resources sustainability for the Los Angeles area.
