ALMA Backyard Farms reconnects the lives of formerly incarcerated people to the fabric of society by repurposing land into productive urban farms and reimagining community as a place for people and plants to thrive. Participants have the chance to attain gainful employment and become self-sufficient through urban agricultural job training, youth education, and their Farm Stand Social Enterprise.
