Alvaro Ballesteros is Chief Executive Officer of JWCH Institute. Established in 1960, the agency’s mission is to improve the health and wellness of under-served families in LA County through coordination of health care, health education services and research. Programming includes HIV services, drug treatment, family planning services, and referrals for medical care.
