Ben Schirmer is the Executive Director of Rainbow Services. Rainbow Services is part of a network that aims to keep families safe by providing support and assistance for women and children dealing with family violence. Their services include a 30-day emergency shelter, a transitional shelter where women and children may remain for up to one year, and two community resource centers for families that need support but do not need housing.
