Cooperation LA’s (L.A. Co-op Lab) purpose is to explore, invent, and deploy ways to build LA’s capacity for worker ownership as a pathway toward a more equitable and democratic economy. They offer technical assistance, non-extractive financing, online courses, and network building opportunities throughout the worker ownership process, focusing resources on people and communities that have historically been excluded from accessing economic stability.
