L.A. Co-op Lab explores, invents, and deploys strategies to build LA’s capacity for worker ownership as a pathway toward a more equitable and democratic economy. The organization offers technical assistance, non-extractive financing, online courses, and network-building opportunities throughout the worker ownership process. L.A. Co-op Lab focuses resources on people and communities that have historically been excluded from accessing economic stability.
