ProjectQ was founded to help LGBTQIA and homeless youth combat bullying, develop self esteem and find an identity for themselves through hair styling. By providing free gender affirming haircuts and self empowering workshops to LGBTQIA+ youth experiencing homelessness, ProjectQ uses hair as a form of social justice and creates a safe space for them to find their identity.
