Barbara Kappos is the Executive Director of East Los Angeles Women’s Center, which provides culturally competent bilingual sexual assault services to over 10,000 individuals annually. ELAWC works closely with its community partners to provide a comprehensive range of services to help women attain a safe and healthy quality of life. Barbara has established and expanded service centers in East Los Angeles, East Los Angeles College, and at the LAC+USC Wellness Center.
