Gloria Walton is the President and CEO of SCOPE (Strategic Concepts in Organization and Policy Education), which focuses on social and economic justice for low-income communities of color. SCOPE aims to tackle the root causes of injustice by increasing civic engagement, developing strategic alliances, and empowering community leaders. Under Gloria’s leadership, SCOPE has organized and won several significant campaigns and has implemented a pioneering green jobs program.
