Raul Estrada is the Executive Director and CEO of El Centro de Ayuda, which provides a comprehensive array of services, that promote social, emotional, academic and financial self-sufficiency to low-income families in East and Northeast Los Angeles. As the lead and partner agency of the Boyle Heights Family Source Center, United Way of Greater Los Angeles and Siemer Institute for Family Stability ECDA services include financial education, mental health and substance abuse services, student internships, and more.
