A grassroots organization based in Compton, Unearth & Empower Communities creates cradle-to-career pathways to college, employment, and entrepreneurship for local youth through STEM education, the arts, and community empowerment. Rooted in cooperative economics, Unearth & Empower builds wealth, ownership, and opportunity within the community itself, one neighborhood at a time.
