Va Lecia Adams Kellum is the President and CEO of St. Joseph Center, which provides working families and homeless individuals the resources and tools to become productive, stable, and self-supporting members of the community. Based on the Westside and in South LA, St. Joseph Center offers outreach, engagement, housing, mental health, and educational/vocational training.
